Profile Picture Upload Instructions

Please upload a recent passport-size photograph that meets the following requirements:

• The photograph must be clear, sharp, and of good quality.
• Use a plain, light-colored background (preferably white).
• Your face should be clearly visible, facing the camera, with no shadows or blur.
• Do not upload selfies, group photos, edited images, or photographs with filters.
• Ensure the photograph is recent and accurately represents your current appearance.
• The photograph must be horizontal (landscape), not vertical.

Important: The uploaded photograph will be used for all future official correspondence, identity/registration cards, admission records, and other University identification purposes. Please upload the correct photograph, as it may not be possible to change it after submission.
