Apply once. Reach every faculty at Karachi.
One account, every intake. Register, pay by voucher, lock your departmental preferences and watch the merit engine place you - all from a single portal built for the University of Karachi.
Five steps between you and your department.
Nothing here is paperwork for its own sake. Each step exists because the admissions office has to be able to prove, later, exactly how a seat was awarded.

One profile carries your CNIC, photograph and academic record across every programme you apply to. Register once, then reuse it for the next intake.
CNIC verifiedPick the programme and pay
Choose the intake you are eligible for and generate a Kuickpay voucher. Payment is confirmed against the bank automatically - no receipt to email, nothing to chase.

Academic record, faculty, quota and up to twelve departmental preferences in order. Everything autosaves, so a dropped connection never costs you a form.

Download the admit card with its QR code. After the test, the merit engine ranks every candidate against each department's seats and floor percentage.

Your granted department appears in your portal with the enrolment voucher and the last date to confirm. The seat is yours the moment you enrol.

Built around one form done right.
Thirty thousand applications a cycle means the system has to be exact about eligibility, seats and merit - and forgiving about everything else.
A merit engine, not a spreadsheet
Every department carries its own seat count, minimum percentage and faculty eligibility band. Ranking runs against the criterion that programme actually uses, then fills seats down your preference list in order.
Voucher payments that reconcile themselves
Kuickpay vouchers are matched against the bank automatically. No receipts to email.
QR admit cards
Scannable at the gate, verifiable by any invigilator, impossible to forge by hand.
CNIC-verified identity
One CNIC, one candidate record. Duplicates are caught before they reach a merit list.
Autosave on every field
A dropped connection mid-form costs you nothing. Come back and carry on.
Public tracking, no login needed
Enter a form number and see submission, payment, admit card and admission status. Parents and guardians can check without borrowing your password.

Every discipline below accepts preferences through this portal.
The five questions the office answers most.
No. One account carries every application you have ever submitted through the portal. When a new intake opens you log in, pick the programme and only fill what is specific to it.
Each department has its own seat count, minimum percentage and faculty eligibility band. Candidates are ranked by the criterion that programme uses - academic percentage, test score, or a composite of academic, test and interview points for programmes such as Visual Studies - and seats are filled strictly in that order across your preference list.
The extended date replaces the original closing date everywhere, including on this page. If a card here says a programme is open, that is against the date the portal itself enforces.
Preferences can be edited freely until you final-submit the form. After final submission the choices are locked, because merit lists are generated from them.
Use the public tracker with your form number. It shows submission, payment, admit card and admission status without logging in.
Your seat starts with one form.
Registration takes a few minutes. The rest of the cycle happens in your portal - voucher, admit card, merit, enrolment.
